Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the purchase of Glacial Clay Powder (hereinafter referred to as the "Product") through NorwayGlacial.com or through any direct agreement between the seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"). By purchasing the Product, the Buyer agrees to abide by these Terms.

Applicable Laws
The sale of the Product is subject to Norwegian laws pertaining to second-hand purchases between individuals. No other international rules, laws, or regulations shall apply to this purchase.

Liability Disclaimer
2.1. The Seller bears no liability whatsoever related to the sale of the Product, including but not limited to any responsibility or liability related to the usage of the Product.
2.2. The Buyer understands and accepts that the Seller does not make any medical claims regarding the Product's effectiveness, and it is not intended to treat any medical conditions.
2.3. The maximum liability of the Seller is capped at the selling price of the Product(s) bought by the Buyer.

Natural Variation
The Buyer acknowledges that the Product is a natural substance and is sold "as-is." Variations in content, consistency, color, and other attributes may occur from time to time. The Seller is not responsible for such variations.

No Right to Cancel or Refund
Once the Product is purchased, the Buyer has no right to cancel, edit, or modify the purchase. The Buyer is not entitled to refunds, discounts, or any other form of compensation.

Third-Party Usage
The Seller bears no liability if the Product is redistributed, resold, or used by a third-party individual or business. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for any such actions taken by third parties.
By proceeding with the purchase of the Product, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller.
